Here at Reasons to be Christian Forum, we believe in praying for the Best Political Leaders to be elected so that ultimately the Reign of Christ as King of kings (Rev 11:15) can be realized.

This Article is to show why Ron De Santis is incontrovertibly a Better Conservative Christian Candidate than "Donald Duck" Trump. Here at Reasons to be Christian, we don't shy away from Politics, since Jesus Christ is King of kings. Those who do insist on staying away from Politics will not be able to work effectively to hasten that blessed day of which Sacred Scripture speaks of when it says: "Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” (Rev 11:15).

Reason 1. Ron De Santis is a Soldier, while Donald Duck (Trump) ducked/dodged avoided the Draft:

https://youtu.be/FC6OzkDz5_M

Ron De Santis is a highly Accomplished Military Veteran. After 9/11, he felt the call to serve America and so joined the Navy. This is a True Servant Leader here.

Meanwhile, Donald Duck ran away from the draft and being a Soldier and instead "battled" STDs while living in fornication and sexual sins, then bragged about it.

"Trump Boasted of Avoiding STDs While Dating: Vaginas Are 'Landmines ... It Is My Personal Vietnam'

Donald Trump likens avoiding contracting STDs during his single years to Vietnam in Howard Stern interview"

Reason 2: Ron De Santis ran Record Budget Surpluses in Florida, while Donald Duck increased Debt by 8 TRILLION DOLLARS.

1. "One of President Donald Trump’s lesser known but profoundly damaging legacies will be the explosive rise in the national debt that occurred on his watch. The financial burden that he’s inflicted on our government will wreak havoc for decades, saddling our kids and grandkids with debt.

The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office. That’s nearly twice as much as what Americans owe on student loans, car loans, credit cards and every other type of debt other than mortgages, combined, according to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. It amounts to about $23,500 in new federal debt for every person in the country."

2. "TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the surplus for Fiscal Year 2021-22 is $21.8 billion – the highest in state history and more than 21 percent above the state budget for the fiscal year. Collections in May were $742 million above estimates, and preliminary data for June collections are approximately $950 million above estimates.

“Despite the headwinds created by the Biden administration’s policies, Florida is in a strong fiscal position because we preserved freedom and kept our economy open,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. “Our responsible policies have allowed us to make record investments to support our communities, promote education, protect the environment, and provide record tax relief for Floridians, all while building record reserves to protect the state against the reckless fiscal policies from Washington.” [3]

Reason 3: DeSantis' Florida is the No. 1 Economy in the US

"CNBC: Florida has the best economy in the U.S.
Up from No. 4 last year, CNBC ranked Florida as having the best economy in all 50 states, something Gov. Ron DeSantis is happy to point out." [4]

Reason 4: Post Debate Poll Update

[Added since Trump loves talking about the Polls]

"And so it begins: "De Santis overtakes Trump in Poll
"After the five-day convention—which included speeches from Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Florida Congresswoman Kat Cammack and former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake—36.6 percent of the attendees indicated that they wanted to see DeSantis as the next Republican presidential candidate. Trump trailed with 35.4 percent of the vote." [5]

Boom! And so it begins. Over 70 Faith Leaders endorse Pro-Life Catholic Governor Ron De Santis, as he begins his Faith and Freedom Coalition. As I mentioned earlier, many Evangelicals are supporting De Santis because of his Conservative Christian Record; but, good to see many Catholics too.

“A true leader knows that in times of trial, God must be at the center of our lives. During COVID, leftist bureaucrats closed churches and tried to keep us from worshiping, but Ron DeSantis stood against the current and defended religious liberty. That’s why I’m proud to support DeSantis for President and to join his national faith and family coalition,” Pastor Andrew Hemingway of Hill Village Bible Church in New Hampshire said in a statement.

Polling shows DeSantis currently in second place in the GOP presidential primary behind former President Donald Trump. He has been traveling across the country since his announcement.

“Not all politicians say the right things, but I have found Ron DeSantis to articulate the policies I believe in. He is committed to fighting for the unborn, opposing woke ideology, protecting free speech, advocating for school choice and limiting big government. While he does not just say the right things, he has a proven track record of doing the right things. This is why I am proud to support his run for presidency by joining the national faith and family coalition,” Pastor Michael Jones of Oakwood Baptist Church in South Carolina stated."
